This is a fantastic book。 I love the fact that I can eat all day, get a balanced healthy diet, feel better, lose weight, and not feel deprived of food!

i know people tell me i dont need to lose weight and would moan at me for even thinking of going on a diet but like many other 16 year olds out there i am obsessed with my weight and am also a calorie counter! i havent read much of the book as far but am interested to see what ideas it holds and if they really work,(and can help me go back from a size 10 to a size 8!)。(and btw i own a different vision its red and black instead of yellow and green but i couldnt find it on here!)。。。。。。。。right its i know people tell me i dont need to lose weight and would moan at me for even thinking of going on a diet but like many other 16 year olds out there i am obsessed with my weight and am also a calorie counter! i havent read much of the book as far but am interested to see what ideas it holds and if they really work,(and can help me go back from a size 10 to a size 8!)。(and btw i own a different vision its red and black instead of yellow and green but i couldnt find it on here!)。。。。。。。。right its about time I marked this as read。 started it back in February, but haven't finished, haven't read any of it since beginning of march。 the book is pretty simple to follow, the diet seemed okay but with either being in school or at work I found it not really possible to be eating out of a lunch-box all day, or every 3 hours。 I'm not sure if I'd recommend this to anyone as most people I know aren't able to snack all day, probably this diet would be better suited for someone who doesn't work e。g house wife's, full time mums etc, or someone who is able to eat whenever they want in work or something。 the diet may also be ideal for kids/teens。I don't follow this diet, I did try it for a week or two, but now i think I'll stick to healthy eating and exercising xx 。。。more

I feel such a fool for buying this book。 As if I really would nibble out of a lunch box all day! I should know myself better than that。 I'm afraid I am a bit obsessive about meat being kept cool so I can't imagine taking a lunch box to work and still be "grazing" from it by late afternoon, as suggested。 I obviously didn't give it much thought before I ordered this, beyond thinking that it might have some new ideas of what to pack for lunch。 It has plenty of those but the actual "diet" is to eat I feel such a fool for buying this book。 As if I really would nibble out of a lunch box all day! I should know myself better than that。 I'm afraid I am a bit obsessive about meat being kept cool so I can't imagine taking a lunch box to work and still be "grazing" from it by late afternoon, as suggested。 I obviously didn't give it much thought before I ordered this, beyond thinking that it might have some new ideas of what to pack for lunch。 It has plenty of those but the actual "diet" is to eat from your box throughout the day, not just at lunch time。 Probably an excellent idea - stop blood sugar dips etc。 and stop you eating your own weight in custard creams just because there isn't another crumb of food in the office, but if I'm not organised enough to make a sandwhich or even pick up a yoghurt or an apple before work I doubt I will rustle up a box of salad, veggies and protein。 Maybe one day when the builders have stopped turning my kitchen into a no go area I will feel like preparing scrumptious lunch boxes the night before and maybe I'll devise a way of keeping it cool throughout the day and also how to nibble from it all day without giving the impression that I do nothing but eat。 Like many diet books, it's a good book if you are really prepared to follow the instructions but, like most diet books, that is not what happens in reality。 。。。more
